The 30-minute free consultation is a shorter format than the assessment. It targets leaders who first want to check whether ATMOS fits their situation before engaging in a deeper diagnosis. We discuss your context, identify together whether an organizational transformation is relevant for you right now, and steer you toward the most useful next step: free assessment, self-serve resources, or another provider if we are not the right fit.

Short discovery format. No preparation required. By the end, you know whether continuing with ATMOS makes sense and which of the following formats fits you.

60-min assessment: produce a diagnosis
Structured diagnosis format. 15-min preparation. By the end, you walk away with a written summary of the two or three priority levers to activate in your organization.

Coaching engagement: transform
Program calibrated to your situation, with a performance-based billing model that aligns our results with yours. This stage is never proposed without a prior assessment.

- What happens after the consultation?
- Nothing imposed. Depending on the conclusion, we propose either a free 60-minute assessment to structure a diagnosis, or public resources to explore on your own, or other paths if ATMOS does not fit your situation.
- Do I need to prepare anything?
- No. The consultation is deliberately short and open. Come with the two or three topics on your mind most right now and we will structure the conversation from there.
- Who runs the consultation?
- With a senior ATMOS consultant, never a salesperson. Depending on your profile and sector, we route you to the consultant best positioned to understand your stakes.
