The ATMOS Method
ATMOS is a transformation and management method that brings companies closer to their customers and makes them more agile.
ATMOS provides a practical framework for organizations undergoing agile transformation. This innovative approach breaks down complex organizational challenges into manageable components through the VISION structure.
Vision
Establish a clear, compelling organizational vision that aligns all transformation efforts and inspires teams to embrace change.
Learn moreInputs
Identify and optimize the key resources and information flows needed to drive agile processes and deliver customer value.
Learn moreSystems
Systems are the mechanisms that enable the organization to transform Inputs into a coherent Offer. These include, for example, the company's rhythms (cadence), governance, and IT systems proper, notably AI, which has become a cornerstone of agility.
Learn moreInteractions
Interactions are the processes through which the company contacts its prospects and customers. This notably covers marketing, sales, and Customer Success. It is essential to continuously adapt them to meet market needs.
Learn moreOffer
Define comprehensive products, services, solutions and pricing strategies that create tangible value for customers and stakeholders.
Learn moreNumbers
Establish key metrics and measurement systems to track progress, optimize performance, and drive continuous improvement.
Learn moreThree concrete actions for a leader this week
- 01
Test the Chain of Why on a recent decision
Take the last operational decision from your leadership team. Connect it in fewer than three links to an identifiable customer benefit. If the chain breaks, you have spotted the link to fix first.
- 02
Measure your C+X score
List your main roles and note for each the number of degrees separating it from the customer. The distribution reveals where the organization drifted from the field and which roles to bring back toward C+1.
- 03
Identify the two V.I.S.I.O.N. dimensions to work on first
Across the six model dimensions, two typically constrain all the others. Run the free assessment to name them and start a sequenced transformation plan rather than every workstream in parallel.
