Offer

Define comprehensive products, services, solutions and pricing strategies that create tangible value for customers and stakeholders.

Offer Strategy

The offer is the tangible articulation of your value proposition: what the customer concretely receives in exchange for their investment. In an agile context, the offer evolves continuously in response to market feedback and newly developed capabilities.

Rather than designing the perfect offer in isolation, the ATMOS approach advocates launching a minimum viable offer (MVO) quickly and enriching it iteratively. Each customer interaction becomes a source of learning that informs offer evolution.

Modern offer strategy integrates not only the core product or service, but the complete experience: onboarding, support, training, community. It is this holistic experience that generates sustainable differentiation and loyalty.

Market Positioning

Positioning defines how you occupy a unique space in the customer's mind, not simply relative to competitors, but in the context of alternatives the customer considers, including "doing nothing".

Powerful positioning clearly articulates: for whom the offer is optimal, what specific problem it solves better than any alternative, and why the organization is credible to deliver this value. This positioning informs all decisions, from product development to marketing to pricing strategy.

In the C+1 model, positioning is not fixed at launch but evolves based on market learning. Signals of resonance (or dissonance) with customer segments guide continuous adjustments to maximize product-market fit.
